As a representative, you will be the voice of Cadre Crew, handling customer inquiries via inbound calls and contributing to outreach campaigns through outbound calling. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Meet or exceed daily KPIs related to call handling and sales targets.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
- Utilize computer systems to navigate and update customer accounts.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma, college level, or graduate of any bachelor's degree program.
- Proficient in spoken and written English communication.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule (if applicable).
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email).
