Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily inbound operations, including unloading, inspection, and verification of goods against delivery notes.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to operational standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and inventory control procedures at all times.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as receiving accuracy, turnaround time, and staff efficiency.
- Collaborate with the logistics and planning teams to resolve inbound discrepancies and optimize workflow processes.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and equipment checks to prevent workplace accidents.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
- Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration is preferred.
