Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and conduct Mandarin-speaking inbound tours across Jakarta and surrounding destinations
- Provide detailed cultural, historical, and geographical information during tours
- Coordinate with hotels, transportation, and vendors to ensure seamless tour operations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards
- Prepare tour itineraries and materials in both Mandarin and English
- Monitor tour quality and implement improvements based on guest feedback
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new tour packages
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) with professional proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in inbound tourism or tour guiding
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian culture, attractions, and tourism destinations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid tour guide certification from Indonesian authorities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
