- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and messaging channels
- Present detailed information about tour packages, highlighting unique features and benefits
- Generate accurate product quotations based on client requirements and budget constraints
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales journey
- Collaborate with product development team to ensure up-to-date knowledge of offerings
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Meet monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue per booking
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inbound tour sales or customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tourism destinations and travel products
- Proficiency in handling sales quotations and negotiation processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
