You'll orchestrate seamless experiences from initial itinerary planning to final execution, ensuring every detail exceeds client expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive MICE program itineraries aligned with client objectives and budget parameters
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transportation providers to secure optimal services and pricing
- Manage all documentation including contracts, permits, participant materials, and compliance requirements
- Provide hands-on onsite event support including supervision, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication
- Monitor program performance metrics and implement improvements for future events
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and finance for integrated program delivery
- Maintain detailed operational records and conduct post-event debriefs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in MICE operations or tour coordination
- Proficiency in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability during live events
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with event management software and MS Office Suite
