- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IT incident management or operations
- Proficiency with ITIL framework and incident management tools
- Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities for complex systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple concurrent incidents
- Knowledge of financial services IT infrastructure preferred
