As an Income Audit professional within the Accor group, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our hotel operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all revenue streams are accurately captured, reconciled, and reported in compliance with our global financial standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Verify daily revenue reports from all hotel departments, including Front Office, F&B, and Spa.
- Conduct thorough audits of daily guest transactions to ensure accuracy and policy adherence.
- Reconcile credit card settlements and cash deposits against system reports.
- Monitor and investigate discrepancies in room rates, discounts, and complimentary services.
- Prepare comprehensive daily income journals and audit logs for management review.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to improve internal controls and revenue protection processes.
- Maintain systematic filing of all audit-related documentation for internal and external reporting.
- Support month-end closing activities by providing accurate revenue data.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel accounting or income audit is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (e.g., Opera/Fidelio) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and competent in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent integrity and ethical standards regarding financial documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional hotel team.
