Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect incoming raw materials and components against quality specifications
- Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional tests using precision instruments
- Document inspection results in quality control reports with accuracy
- Identify non-conforming materials and initiate rejection procedures
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality discrepancies
- Maintain calibration and proper functioning of inspection equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes
- Communicate quality findings to production and procurement teams
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control or inspection
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Basic knowledge of material properties and industry standards
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
