Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective clients within the financial services sector.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on financial products tailored to individual and corporate needs.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through personalized follow-ups and service excellence.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the agency.
- Represent PT. Mandiri Andala Utama with integrity and professionalism in all market interactions.
- Participate in regular strategy meetings and training sessions to stay updated on financial trends.
- Execute proactive networking strategies to expand brand presence in Tangerang Selatan and surrounding areas.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Degree in Business, Finance, or related field is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively without direct supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- High level of self-motivation and a persistent 'hunter' mindset for business development.
- Strong existing professional network in the Tangerang Selatan area is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in insurance, banking, or direct sales is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM software for lead management and tracking.
