We are currently seeking a results-driven Independent Retail Sales and Network Expansion Officer to join our dynamic team in Central Mindanao. In this key role, you will be instrumental in expanding SEAOIL’s footprint across the region, identifying prime locations for new retail stations, and fostering strong partnerships with landowners and business partners.

As a member of our sales team, you will directly contribute to the company's growth strategy by overseeing the end-to-end process of retail site acquisition and development. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential sites for new SEAOIL retail stations in the Central Mindanao region.
- Execute site acquisition activities, including negotiation of lease agreements and coordination with contractors for station construction.
- Manage the pre-operational phase of new outlets, ensuring all permits and legal requirements are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners and landowners to ensure continued business success.
- Monitor sales performance at partner locations and implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with SEAOIL’s operational standards, safety protocols, and brand guidelines.
- Prepare regular reports on market trends, site progress, and sales performance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or retail management is an advantage.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required for site visits).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with local business regulations and land leasing procedures in the Philippines.
