In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the sales performance of our retail outlets and driving the strategic expansion of our network footprint in the area.
As a key player in our growth strategy, you will act as the bridge between SEAOIL and our valued station operators. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, securing new retail locations, and ensuring that our existing network operates at peak performance. You will work closely with regional management to analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and implement sales initiatives that boost profitability and customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate the daily sales performance of assigned retail outlets to ensure targets are met.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for the expansion of the SEAOIL network in Leyte and Eastern Visayas.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the region.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure compliance with company standards and smooth station performance.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities and identify potential gaps in the market.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with station operators and business partners.
- Provide operational support and guidance to station managers to enhance customer service.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in retail sales, business development, or network expansion.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driver's License and the ability to travel extensively within the region.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail nature of the business.
