Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily index production workflows, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform complex data transformation and validation tasks to support index calculation processes.
- Monitor production systems for discrepancies and resolve technical or data-related issues in real-time.
- Collaborate with global internal teams to troubleshoot data feed inconsistencies and system anomalies.
- Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance production efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits on index components and constituent data.
- Participate in system UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new product rollouts and platform upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in financial data operations, index production, or market data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, macros) and data manipulation.
- Working knowledge of SQL or similar database querying tools is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical mindset with a meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical data issues clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting rigid, daily market-driven deadlines.
