Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, and breads (naan/roti).
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently during peak service hours to ensure timely food delivery.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety compliance at all times.
- Develop and create new menu items and daily specials to keep our offerings exciting.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior kitchen staff and apprentices.
- Monitor and manage food inventory to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Ensure all recipes are followed strictly to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience working as an Indian Chef, Cook, or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong knowledge of various Indian regional cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Valid food handling certificate or hygiene certification.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
