Aik Moh Paints & Chemicals Pte Ltd is currently seeking a dynamic Indirect Procurement Executive to join our growing team in West Region. In this key role, you will be instrumental in driving our sourcing strategies and ensuring the efficient acquisition of indirect materials and services.
As the Senior Indirect Procurement Executive, you will take ownership of the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying market trends to negotiating favorable contracts with suppliers. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, ensuring cost optimization without compromising on quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services, including office supplies and equipment.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and supplier analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and reliable vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to achieve best-in-class procurement terms.
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure service excellence.
- Monitor supplier performance through regular reviews and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and streamline processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procurement regulations, and budgetary controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in indirect procurement or a similar purchasing role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of sourcing methodologies, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
