Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for indirect categories, including MRO, IT, and facilities management.
- Identify and qualify potential suppliers, conducting rigorous vendor assessments to ensure quality and reliability.
- Negotiate favorable contracts and terms to achieve significant cost reductions and value for money.
- Analyze market trends and competitive data to develop robust sourcing strategies.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and manage contract renewals and renewals proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably within the Manufacturing or Transport & Logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Office skills.
- Deep understanding of local and international procurement compliance and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment.
- CIPS or CPSM certification is a strong advantage.
