Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for indirect procurement categories including IT services, marketing, facilities, and logistics
- Conduct market research, supplier evaluations, and cost analysis to optimize procurement decisions
- Negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and SLAs with suppliers to ensure value delivery
- Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored procurement solutions
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement within manufacturing or logistics
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to manage complex supplier contracts
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa) and MS Office suite
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset
- Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders across organizational levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
