Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize retail outlet operations to maximize product visibility and sales
- Ensure consistent Telkomsel product availability through proactive stock monitoring
- Execute promotional campaigns and in-store merchandising activities
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business partners
- Analyze local market trends to identify new growth opportunities
- Coordinate with logistics teams to resolve supply chain issues
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or channel management
- Strong understanding of FMCG/telecom product distribution
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets
- Basic proficiency in sales reporting and inventory tracking
- Proven experience in executing promotional activities
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (for outlet visits)
