- Manage and mentor a team of sourcing analysts, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
