Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financing strategies tailored to the needs of the Bangka Belitung market.
- Oversee and mentor a team of Individual Financing Officers (IFO) to ensure operational excellence and target achievement.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and approve financing applications in accordance with Sharia banking regulations.
- Monitor portfolio quality and implement proactive measures to maintain a healthy non-performing financing (NPF) ratio.
- Prepare regular analytical reports on performance metrics and market trends for regional leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards at all times.
- Foster sustainable partnerships with local stakeholders to expand the reach of our financial services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Deep understanding of Sharia banking principles and micro-finance operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven track record in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, dedication, and resilience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Bangka Belitung region.
