In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for formulating acquisition strategies and supervising Individual Financing Operations (IFO) activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new individual financing clients and expand the customer base.
- Supervise the entire lifecycle of Individual Financing Operations (IFO), ensuring smooth processing and execution.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis, including reviewing financial statements and collateral, to assess creditworthiness.
- Make final decisions on financing plafonds (loan amounts) and tenors based on established guidelines and risk appetite.
- Ensure strict compliance with Sharia principles (Syariah compliant products) and internal bank regulations.
- Monitor portfolio quality and implement proactive strategies for non-performing loan (NPL) management and recovery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive customer retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Individual Financing, Credit Analysis, or Banking Sales within a Sharia bank.
- Deep understanding of Sharia banking principles and Syariah compliant products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and assess credit risk accurately.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is highly preferred for field operations and client visits.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
