Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct proactive canvassing to identify potential individual financing customers in Sumatera Selatan
- Perform market surveys to understand customer needs and financial requirements
- Evaluate customer applications thoroughly to ensure compliance with Islamic banking principles and company policies
- Follow up on financing disbursements and ensure timely completion of all required documentation
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing excellent service and addressing any concerns
- Achieve monthly sales targets for individual financing products
- Stay updated with Islamic banking regulations and product offerings
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to travel within Sumatera Selatan area as required
