Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and monitor daily branch operational activities to ensure seamless workflows.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Business Officers (BO) to achieve individual and team targets.
- Analyze lending portfolios to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with regional management to implement company-wide lending strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive customer acquisition efforts to expand the company's individual lending reach in Jawa Tengah.
- Prepare regular reports on branch productivity, delinquency rates, and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or lending operations.
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial reporting and data evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Jawa Tengah.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious growth targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
