Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across Indonesian markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to prospective clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in Indonesian market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong understanding of Indonesian business culture and regulations
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
