Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook authentic Indonesian/Nusantara dishes following traditional recipes and company standards
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet established culinary standards
- Manage inventory and requisition ingredients to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate workflow during peak hours

Kualifikasi
