Join the dedicated team at Long Harmony Industry as an Indonesian Language Instructor (BIPA) Mandarin. We are looking for a passionate educator to teach Bahasa Indonesia to Mandarin speakers in our Bandung Barat office. This is a part-time position with a Work From Office (WFO) schedule. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping students bridge linguistic gaps and integrate into the local culture. We value creativity, patience, and a commitment to student success. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing) lessons to Mandarin-speaking students.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans tailored to student proficiency levels.
- Facilitate interactive classroom activities to enhance listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, exams, and practical assessments.
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administrative staff.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both Indonesian and Mandarin languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in teaching BIPA or foreign language instruction is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a WFO setting and manage time effectively.
