Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for HVAC systems, including chillers, VRV/VRF systems, and building management controls.
- Analyze system performance data to identify operational bottlenecks and recommend energy-efficient improvements.
- Collaborate with field technicians and engineering teams to resolve complex installation and maintenance issues.
- Develop and deliver technical training modules for clients and junior support staff.
- Oversee the documentation of technical issues, creating comprehensive reports and knowledge-base articles.
- Assist in the commissioning and testing phases of new HVAC project deployments.
- Ensure all technical support activities adhere to local safety regulations and international HVAC industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an HVAC working environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep technical expertise in HVAC system design, maintenance, and diagnostics.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex mechanical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HVAC control software and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the Jakarta Raya region as needed.
