Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins to ensure prompt response times.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts for clients in coordination with the technical team.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse departments to track order status and ensure timely delivery of engineering products.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, sales reports, and tender documentation.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide technical product information to support the sales process.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of popular items and report low stock alerts.
  • Foster long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in indoor sales, customer service, or administrative coordination, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
  • Strong command of English, Malay, and Mandarin (ability to communicate in multiple languages is highly advantageous).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Candidates with prior knowledge of engineering components or industrial supplies will have a distinct advantage.
