As an Indoor Sales Engineer, you will act as the crucial interface between our cutting-edge engineering products and our diverse client base. Based in our office, you will manage the complete sales cycle from strategic lead generation and in-depth technical consultation to persuasive proposal development and successful deal closure. You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure every proposed solution is accurate, cost-effective, and technically superior, exceeding client expectations.
Your daily responsibilities will involve interpreting complex technical specifications, preparing comprehensive and competitive quotations, delivering engaging product presentations, and building a robust sales pipeline. Your strong technical acumen, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills, will allow you to build lasting relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to contribute to our product strategy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming inquiries and provide professional technical consultation to prospective clients.
- Interpret customer requirements and specifications to propose accurate engineering solutions and products.
- Prepare and deliver competitive quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends using CRM systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical meetings to showcase solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Candidate must be willing to work in the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang area.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
