Tanggung Jawab
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for premium door products through consultative selling techniques
- Provide expert product recommendations to homeowners and interior designers based on project requirements and design aesthetics
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations highlighting material quality, security features, and installation benefits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up consultations and post-sale support
- Collaborate with design teams to develop customized door solutions for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts while maintaining CRM data
- Monitor industry trends and competitor products to refine sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in B2B/B2C sales with preference in home improvement, construction, or furniture sectors
- Strong knowledge of door materials, security systems, and design principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical features to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field preferred
- Valid Malaysian work permit required for non-citizens
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English with strong Mandarin proficiency advantageous
