- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients in the logistics sector
- Present and sell comprehensive logistics solutions aligned with customer needs
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Penang
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and performance reports
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages
- Meet/exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in logistics or transportation
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with client-facing experience
- Excellent understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
