As an Indoor Sales Support specialist, you will be the backbone of our sales team, providing essential assistance to both customers and sales representatives. Your role will involve handling inquiries, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and supporting the overall sales process. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the sales team by handling customer inquiries and providing product information
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM system
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate information
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Prepare sales reports and documentation as required by management
- Support the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales software
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in sales support or customer service is preferred
