Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the sales team by handling customer inquiries and providing product information
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM system
  • Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate information
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Prepare sales reports and documentation as required by management
  • Support the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales software
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Prior experience in sales support or customer service is preferred
