As an Indoor Sales Support, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our sales team and operational departments. You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently, documentation is processed accurately, and sales targets are supported through administrative excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales quotations and orders for freight forwarding services.
- Verify and prepare shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and shipping schedules.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure timely pickup and delivery of cargo.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding shipment status, rates, and logistics options in a professional manner.
- Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing data to support business decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or freight forwarding operations.
- Strong knowledge of logistics terminology and shipping procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic office setting.
