Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key industrial accounts and distributors
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify expansion opportunities
- Create and execute territory-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships and address business needs
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions for industrial clients
- Represent Indofood at industry events and trade exhibitions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial/manufacturing sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Deep understanding of Jakarta's industrial market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
