Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities within the industrial and HVAC sectors.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with new and existing clients through proactive communication.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including scheduling appointments, conducting meetings, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand product offerings and provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance knowledge of HVAC services and industry best practices.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of the HVAC industry or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license is preferred.
