Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify design opportunities and user needs.
- Develop innovative design concepts through sketching, 3D modeling (SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360), and rapid prototyping.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Create detailed product specifications, technical drawings, and material selection documentation.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, ergonomic studies, and usability testing results.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing technologies to drive continuous innovation.
- Present design proposals and prototypes to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in industrial design, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Expert proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Rhino 3D, or Autodesk Fusion 360.
- Strong understanding of various manufacturing processes (injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal, etc.) and materials.
- Excellent visual communication skills including sketching, rendering, and presentation craftsmanship.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for design documentation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented, user-centric approach to design.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong project management skills.
