Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of innovative healthcare products, devices, and systems that address clinical challenges and improve patient experiences
- Conduct user research and needs assessment to identify opportunities for design improvements in healthcare environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, engineers, and researchers to develop comprehensive design solutions
- Create detailed design specifications, prototypes, and documentation for healthcare innovations
- Ensure all designs comply with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accessibility requirements
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Stay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices in healthcare innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Proven track record of designing healthcare products, medical devices, or healthcare environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing human-centered design projects with measurable impact
- Expertise in design research methodologies, user testing, and iterative design processes
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, standards, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design concepts
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, or similar
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and managing design projects from concept to implementation
