Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process optimization strategies
- Design and implement lean manufacturing systems to reduce waste and improve throughput
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for production teams
- Conduct time-motion studies and cost analysis to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with management to implement Six Sigma methodologies and quality control measures
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing process improvement projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing/production environments
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred)
- Proficiency in process mapping and statistical analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles and methodologies
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software
- Excellent problem-solving and data interpretation skills
