Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize occupancy processes related to building management, tenant turnover, and space utilization.
- Develop and implement process improvement frameworks such as Lean and Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct time and motion studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with property management and operations teams to streamline move-in and move-out procedures.
- Design, develop, and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track process KPIs.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on new processes and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing overall operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in process improvement or operations management; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proven knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Excel, SPSS, or Python.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
- Willing to work onsite in Pasong Putik Proper, Metro Manila.
- Experience in the real estate, construction, or property management industry is an advantage but not required.
