Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage capacity planning strategies to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Optimize warehouse layout and logistics to improve inventory turnover and storage efficiency.
- Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Analyze production data and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all engineering activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in capacity planning and warehouse management systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) and statistical software.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
