Tanggung Jawab
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to ensure production capacity readiness and optimal resource allocation.
- Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to manage material flow and inventory levels effectively.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve quality standards.
- Conduct time studies and line balancing to maximize throughput and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Maintain and update production reports, KPI dashboards, and operational forecasts.
- Support capital project planning and facility layout improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
