Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for server and rack production
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Design and implement production layouts and workflow improvements
- Conduct time studies and performance analysis to identify bottlenecks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement cost-effective solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing process improvement
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
- Experience with time and motion studies, process mapping, and value stream analysis
- Familiarity with production planning and control systems
- Proficient in using engineering software and tools for analysis and design
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
