Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing processes related to building permits, inspections, and unit turnover to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement streamlined workflows that reduce cycle times and enhance compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and government agencies to ensure seamless coordination during inspections and permit acquisitions.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other industrial engineering methodologies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process enhancements, cost savings, and quality improvements for management review.
- Train and guide team members on new procedures and best practices to foster a culture of operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in process improvement, preferably within the construction or real estate development sector.
- Strong knowledge of permit acquisition, inspection protocols, and unit turnover processes.
- Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis tools, and project management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is an advantage.
