Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and evaluate existing business and operational processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard production rates and improve overall labor productivity.
- Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies and process improvements using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Design optimal facility layouts and workflows to enhance the movement of personnel and materials.
- Collaborate with the HR and Manpower departments to optimize workforce allocation and training schedules.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and data-driven recommendations for senior management.
- Maintain and update operational documentation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented process changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- A professional license (Registered Industrial Engineer) is highly preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), and data analysis software.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to fresh graduates with strong academic records or 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.
