We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kajang/Bangi/Serdang. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain PLC/HMI systems for manufacturing automation
- Optimize production processes through systematic engineering analysis
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in automation equipment
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control protocols
- Collaborate with maintenance teams on equipment upgrades and modifications
- Prepare technical documentation and system operation manuals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of PLC programming experience (Siemens/Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Proficiency in HMI development and SCADA systems
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation and control systems
- Experience with lean manufacturing and process optimization methodologies
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
