Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement optimized production layouts, material flow systems, and operational procedures.
- Conduct time studies, motion studies, and capacity analyses to establish production standards and improve labor utilization.
- Develop and implement cost reduction strategies, including waste elimination and resource optimization.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless project execution and operational synergy.
- Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flowcharts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and report on progress of improvement projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Industrial Engineer in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process improvement tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Minitab, simulation software).
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) for layout design is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
