- Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving measures
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and productivity
- Manage engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery
- Collect and analyze production data to drive decision-making and process improvements
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce defects
- Design and implement efficient production layouts and material flow systems
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis and data interpretation
- Proficiency in time and motion study techniques and process optimization
- Project management experience with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in engineering software and data analysis tools
