- Analyze current production workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance overall productivity and output.
- Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to reduce waste and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor quality control standards to ensure all car parts meet strict industry specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering and operational problems.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for machinery and production equipment.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on operational performance and efficiency metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is an advantage.
