Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain efficient manufacturing processes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Analyze and optimize production layouts and workflows to ensure seamless material flow and operational safety.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and automation solutions into the production line.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to throughput, quality, and resource utilization.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Six Sigma) to drive sustainable process optimization.
- Manage capacity planning and resource allocation to meet fluctuating production demands.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive or heavy industry.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in production planning software (ERP/SAP) and MS Office (specifically Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
