Are you a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer looking to bridge the gap between technical operations and business growth? Trans World Trading Company is seeking a dynamic Industrial Engineer to join our team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our internal production workflows while providing technical support for our Paper, Plastic Printing, and Industrial Tape business units.
We are looking for a professional who can analyze production bottlenecks, enhance manufacturing efficiency, and assist our technical sales representatives in securing new customers by providing expert product knowledge and technical solutions. You will work at the intersection of engineering excellence and market expansion, ensuring our industrial offerings meet the highest quality standards while driving revenue through strategic technical support.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize production processes, workflows, and resource allocation to increase operational efficiency.
- Provide expert technical support to the sales team regarding Paper, Plastic Printing, and Industrial Tape product specifications.
- Conduct time-and-motion studies to reduce waste and improve manufacturing throughput.
- Assist in the development of new customer leads by presenting technical demonstrations and product benefits.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety protocols across all production lines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical product issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop detailed documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Engineer (PRC) is a distinct advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally within paper, plastic, or industrial packaging sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical data into actionable sales insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and ERP software systems.
