Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and design efficient production layouts and workflows to maximize operational throughput.
- Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality.
- Conduct time studies and work measurement to establish accurate productivity standards and benchmarks.
- Monitor manufacturing processes in real-time to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain logistics and reduce material costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on engineering metrics, cost-saving projects, and performance improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TPM.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred for site travel and off-site meetings).
